Kettlebell Classes for the animals!

Fuel Fitness, 1350 Pemberton (North Vancouver)

$25 suggested donation or $125/6 classes

* all proceeds to the West Vancouver SPCA*

Get fit and help the animals! Enroll in one hour long, small group fitness classes using kettlebells and bodyweight strength and conditioning. Classes run every Tuesday at 5 p.m. from January 7 to February 12. This is a very first group class hosted by two local kettlebell instructors, who have a soft spot for animals and want to support a good cause!

Tantalize your taste buds at several restaurants throughout Vancouver! This 2nd Annual tasting extravaganza goes from 1:30pm until 5:30pm and is presented by Vancouver Foodster. You may have a chance to taste all sorts of noodles from chow mein to spaghetti to mac & cheese, pho, pad thai, ramen and more. Touring many ethnic eateries and tasting noodle dishes including American, Chinese, Filipino, Hong Kong, Indian, Italian, Southern, Taiwanese, Thai, Vietnamese, and more.

Gluten-Free Expo

The Gluten Free Expo started in a small community center gymnasium in Vancouver, BC. Following the first Gluten Free Expo, exhibitors and attendees alike asked the fest to come back again, so they did! They have also expanded across Canada to connect with more members of the Gluten Free community.Currently, the Gluten Free Expo takes place annually in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Edmonton, and Ottawa. for details.

-a prepared, preferably organic, raw vegan food dish to generously serve 6 or more adults

– your own serving utentils for the dish, as well as plate and cutlery

Featuring some of the best local produce you can get AND double the food trucks in only January! Up to 5 new food trucks every week and all food trucks have been challenged to create a Market Menu Item using products they find at the Winter Market. Come every week to vote on your favourite new food truck as well as your favourite market menu item. The winning food trucks will be invited to attend summer markets!
