Raw Vegan Truffles

Who doesn’t love a raw chocolate ball to satisfy that sweet tooth that so many of us have?  Even better when it can be healthy and guilt-free!  

These Raw Vegan Truffles are brought to you by Vegan Bikini Athlete and Health Coach, Vannesa Gonzales.  They are packed with protein and the no-fail combination of raw cacao and all-natural peanut butter.  These will not disappoint!

2 Servings

Ingredients:

1tsp All natural Peanut Butter

1tbsp Raw Cacao Powder or Carob Powder

1tsp warrior force extreme chocolate

Protein powder (optional)

Drizzle of agave (adjust according to taste)

Method:

Mix together form into small ball and roll on any toppings you want

Can be stored in the freezer for a week if you make a big batch (as if its going to last a week for me!).
