**Pictures With Santa**

BC SPCA, Vancouver Branch, 1205 7th Ave E, Vancouver

Support your local BC SPCA shelter, by bringing your furry friends along for pictures

with Santa. $20 donation for a digital photograph with 100% of the proceeds come

back to support Vancouver shelter animals. For more information please contact

**Holiday Gift Wrapping**

Park Royal Shopping Centre

(during mall hours)

Have your Christmas gifts wrapped and help the animals in need! Starting December

2, Park Royal Shopping Centre Customers can bring their purchases to the gift

wrapping stations in both Park Royal North and South for beautiful wrapping by

our BC SPCA volunteers . Services will be available from December 2 to December

24. Hours of operation are Monday – Thursday 10 a.m.-9 p.m., Fridays 10 a.m.-5

p.m.Holiday Gift Wrap is a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in the lives

of many abused, neglected and abandoned animals this holiday season. 100% of

proceeds benefit the BC SPCA West Vancouver Branch.

**Cooking Class: Nutritious Treats for Mums & Kids**

Featuring Vega’s Sarah Skalzub, RHN

Whole Foods Market, Cambie Location

Suggested $5 donation (benefits Presents for Peace)

Learn how to make nutrient dense treats that are appealing to young taste buds!

Everyone will walk away with tasty treats and recipes. Sarah will take you through

disguising nutrition into ‘kid friendly’ foods, what they need, and how to make it

taste good. Meet at the long table near the pizza bar.

**Raw For The Holidays Workshop Series**

make 4 delicious guilt-free dessert recipes, that you will not believe are good for

Waterworkz Paw Spa, Burnaby

11:00AM to 4PM

Join us on December 7 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for professional photos of your furry

loved one with Santa Claus! Come down to 3831 Still Creek Ave, Burnaby and meet

the entire holistic practitioner team of WaterWorkz Paw Spa, win prizes & more!

$20 donation per picture, and we will also be accepting toy donations.All to benefit

the animals less fortunate in the community with all proceeds raised benefiting the

**What To Feed That Effing Vegan: Launch Event and Christmas Party**

The Gam Gallery, 110 E. Hastings

Doors 7PM

Join us on Thursday, December 12 at the Gam Gallery (110 E. Hastings), for the best

vegan Christmas party in the city! The night will serve as both a celebration for

What to Feed That Effing Vegan, and fundraiser for local charity Senior Animals In

Need Today Society (SAINTS). Attendees will be able to purchase the book on site,

enjoy a wine tasting and appies, visit with Santa, and take part in a massive raffle

draw! We will be collecting monetary donations for SAINTS, in addition to canned

dog/cat food and gift cards for Canadian Tire.

The VP will be an exhibitor in the annual Blim market, offering up a fine selection of

vegan baked goods, featured in the new ebook! Also come on down for festive DJ’s, a

cat santa photo booth (it’s REAL), raffles, and 50+ other artisans and exhibitors.

**Vancouver Vegan Brunch**

Each week, Vegan Mischief crafts a new, themed, three-item menu featuring one

gluten-free and one soy-free option, using as much organic and local produce as

they can find.
